Works great for its intended purpose

I use them to open botox and dysport bottles which come in two different sizes. I also use this for IV medications that need to be discarded, which also come in different sizes. The 13 and 20mm sizes are perfect for all of the above purposes. I have yet to come across a bottle I couldn't open. I highly recommend.
