The best thing about this service was their ability to find me candidates that were great fit culturally as well! I have not been able to use all of our resources but so far it seems like they are doing everything we ask them too plus more. They seem very responsive when you call or email during business hours which helps immensely since most companies don't respond outside normal work times. It's difficult getting through multiple levels within HR departments at large medical centers to get an interview set up sometimes due to time constraints (it takes forever) - especially if there isn’t anyone available who can do initial screening/vetting process before scheduling interviews etc.. This helped us tremendously because now everyone has someone assigned specifically to help screen applicants vs waiting weeks between each other until one person gets around to helping out.
