I ordered the gold kit and when I tested it on my clippers I immediately noticed that it was interfering with the clipper's vibrating blade. I tried the set on 3 different cars, I have to rule out if it was my cars or the set. This set stuck to all three of my clippers. I suspect the gilding was applied too thick on this set. I'm surprised no one has complained about this issue yet. Either I have bad kit or people don't try all sizes of protection. At least half of the guards got stuck, interfering with my machine blades. They are back! Now the question is should I try my luck with clear or black as they shouldn't have a plating like gold.
