Review on Neutrogena Hypoallergenic Facial Toner: Oil and Alcohol-Free, Purify and Recondition Skin, Quick-Absorbing - 8.5 fl. oz by April Mitchell

This morning (before using this product) my skin was nice and smooth. I rinsed my face with water, patted dry, then applied some of this toner and immediately felt a burning sensation and tingling, especially on my cheeks. It looks like a rash of sorts appeared on my face within seconds of applying it. Ouch. My skin is not usually very sensitive. I have combination skin: oily nose and under the eyes, the rest of the face is normal to dry. The rash didn't show up on my oily areas so I'm assuming this only works on oilier skin types. It's not necessarily a bad product, but I wouldn't recommend it for people with combination skin as it acts MUCH differently than others on different parts of my face.
