Review on XPOWER A-2 Multi-Purpose Powered Air Duster - Eco-Friendly Green Cleaning Solution by Bud Crabtree

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Grayscale folks.

I don't generally find one and five star ratings very helpful as they suggest it can't be better or worse. My opinion is that in terms of raw performance it is vastly superior to canned air, but that alone doesn't make it a replacement for canned air because this device lacks the precision that can be achieved with a thin straw nozzle. Because of this, it is not the best choice for cleaning PCs and PC accessories. it's good for dust cleaning but it's brute force method but i have no idea whether there are antistatic brushes in the nozzles, so I would keep a safe distance to avoid electrostatic discharge. It sure is noisy, but that's because it's moving air with a motor like any other vacuum - it's just area that matters, and with such a small form factor it's going to be particularly noisy moving all that air. I would suggest short pulses, maybe a minute or so, because they get hot and I imagine long runs can easily burn out the motor. The mounts don't snap, so I would assume some of them might loosen over time, but they're pretty tight, so that's never happened to me. maybe a minute or so at a time 'cause they get hot and I think long running times can easily burn out the motor.
