I purchased these boots in April 2018 and FIVE months later after only using them for the late snow season and rainy days that The tip of one of the shoes broke, and the soles of the heels were punctured. It's really disappointing because our toddler pair have held up so well and that's why I bought them. Boots. Great customer service and the new boots seem much better.
