I've used this to charge various home devices (Dell laptop, a couple of Samsung phones, Nintendo Switch). In all cases it worked perfectly and charged quickly as expected. However, after less than 2 months of normal use, the cable detaches from the USB-C connector exposing wires etc. I usually ask the manufacturer for a replacement and assume it was just a bad one and try again and then rate /to verify. product based on it. However, your support inbox is so full that my support tickets are being bounced back with a "recipient's inbox full" error. I want to say that this is not a very good sign. Either they get LOTS of support requests or they are a tech company that can't manage their email. In any case, it doesn't inspire confidence. I'll update my review if my email ever goes through and I get a reply.
