Very good unit in excellent condition with all the necessary parts. I'm taking off a star because there are no instructions. For installation you will need a drill, a screwdriver and a hammer. Tip 1: The two holders are not identical - one for the left and one for the right - so make sure to mount them so that the small screw is at the bottom and not visible. Tip 2: If the anchor plate is too close to the window frame on the wall, you won't be able to mount the bracket because the window frame will get in the way. This is a problem when you want the delay to be close to the frame. The trick is to start with just one of the screws (farthest from the window frame) and leave it loose enough for the anchor to pivot. Rotate the anchor until you can partially slide the latch onto it. Rotate the whole (anchor + bracket) to the desired location and insert the second screw, then fully insert the bracket.
