My podiatrist spent $200 on a mouth guard to help with my TMJ, so I decided to try something much cheaper. This cap did its job! The mouth fitting guide is simple and only takes a few minutes. I plan to wear it at night but I might as well use it during the day as the protection is quite comfortable. If something doesn't seem quite right, it's easy to reheat and reinstall. I am very happy with my purchase and that I have less stiffness and pain in my jaw!
