I am actually very disappointed with this purchase. I spent the extra money on a cheaper chair, thinking this one had the right seat cushion on all the cool levers. Unfortunately this is not the case. After a week of use, the foam seat feels firm after a minute of sitting (and I weigh 115 pounds, and not everyone sits in the chair). It inflates again when you're not sitting on it, but shrinks quickly when you're sitting on it again. I personally have issues that require extra padding when seated, so this is a major issue for me. The chair would be much, much better if the seat cushion was better and more durable. Otherwise this is a good chair. Easy to assemble, good back support, adjustable height and backrest (wish the chair could recline more). The packaging was dirty inside but nothing was scratched. There are cheaper chairs here at Revain for forty or sixty dollars that are just as comfortable as this chair, but I think if you want the ability to recline the seat and back, this chair might be for you. But honestly, there are better products out there. I only wish I had found them before buying.
