So, a few months ago I bought this camera for my son who was in an online school. It worked intermittently for a time, but became so problematic that it affected his ability to attend classes. Eventually, the camera became detached from its mount and was destroyed. I bought a Nexigo camera and I am very happy with it. Now the most interesting. After I left my initial review of this ZEALINNO camera with 1 star indicating constant freezing and terrible build quality, the company emailed me to remove the review for a fee. At first I declined but the person who replied with me was adamant and upped the offer and also said they fixed a lot of issues and are trying to do better. Instead of asking for a refund I asked for a replacement and then tried again and gave my honest review. They gave me a gift card with enough money to buy a replacement, which I did. However, when I opened the box, the replacement unit was ALREADY BROKEN. The camera arm was bent and broken and when I tried to mount it on my monitor it just broke off. My rating still stands this time. Do not buy this product. There is much better. you have been warned
