Excellent customer service

Great markers. One of the markers arrived dry and I contacted the company as per the instructions for use that came with the markers. I contacted them a few days later because I hadn't heard anything and then I realized their very quick response had ended up in my spam folder. After understanding and answering the follow-up question, the replacement marker arrived in just a few days. Will definitely order more if needed.
