Elastic and Easy to Adjust

I like to wear the Fitbit on my ankle because then I get an accurate step count because their algorithm is wrong, if your arm doesn't move when you walk it doesn't count your steps. I wear it on my wrist when I sleep. It is easily adjustable and very comfortable.
