Out of all the generic brands, this is my favorite brand. In the beginning they seemed concerned about the quality of the product and they checked if the order was fulfilled. Although I do not need to contact customer service after receiving the toner to guarantee satisfaction, they will contact me and say that their customer service is good. I don't know how many pages we actually print (I know a lot!). Toner can last a long time. I think it's great because, as I said, we print a lot! ). The price is great too! Bail us out as we are a small business so toner can be a big expense for us.
