LxTek replacement cartridges work great in my Canon 4500 series printer. The prints are crisp and the colors are excellent. I've only been using the cartridges for about 3 weeks so I really don't know how long they will last but I'm very happy with the product! Typical HP. You can only use HP cartridges. But don't let that stop you from using LxTek on your other printers! I had an issue with LxTek on my HP Office Jet Pro 6978 and wrote a review explaining that the HP screen still said "Incorrectly Installed" and now no matter how many times I tried to reinstall the cartridge, a message was displayed and didn't let me go any further.
