This has certain pros and cons. Pros: It seems strong and durable and was very easy to put together. Pole length selection is good. Cons: mine arrived used earlier. There is still liquid in the bottle. This should be discounted and not sent as a new one. A larger mop won't fit in a bucket and you won't get enough liquid sprayed out of the unit to clean a large window. The windscreen wiper does not remove streaks from the window edges. If there is bird or spider droppings on the window, the pad will not be abrasive enough to remove it. UPDATE: The seller has confirmed that I received the previously returned item and issued a partial credit. The seller also offered "helpful tips" on how to use their product. Because of this I have updated my rating.
