Just upgraded my trailer to PEX and needed clamps to secure it. Pro tip: If you don't have room to hit with a hammer, simply replace the nail with a drywall screw. The small black drywall screws are narrow enough to drill a hole and go into the joists very easily. If it's a damp room or really wet drywall, self-tapping screws won't work. dry areas only. The clamps are great and hold the PEX in place very well. I think it was good value for money and would recommend it to anyone.
