Don't waste your time and money. These "filters" were vacuum packed. Even "fluffy" as you are told, they don't come close to the right size in diameter. After trying many times to find a decent replacement filter for my Laguna pond filter, I am on the hunt for a new filter. The filter medium is always offered as a replacement and it never lasts very long. In terms of quality, these filters do not even come close to the filters of the original filter system. The last purchase did not live even a month. Filters break and shrink to non-standard sizes, making it impossible to use the backwash function of the Laguna filtration system. You have to take out the filters and wash them by hand every time you want to clean them.
