Great phone call or music headphones!

I talk to a group of my colleagues at work on the phone 8-12 hours a day every day and it's hard to find good quality headphones that can withstand being outside all day Talk to multiple people at the same time and have good battery life. I switched from Apple AirPods because they did a great job with everything but durability and I couldn't justify spending $170 on AirPods every 6 months :(. They are perfect in every way except the lanyard!
