12/10/18 REVIEW UPDATE: I would change my rating from 2 to 10 stars if I could, based on the service alone. The seller clearly cares about customer satisfaction and stands behind this product and their service. 1.) The seller has read my review. 2.) The seller replied to my review via email. 3.) The seller acknowledged the problem and fixed it. .4.) The seller offered a free replacement or a full refund if I wasn't interested in keeping the item. 5.) The seller patiently and respectfully contacted me via email until I responded and confirmed whether I wanted a replacement or a refund. 6.) The seller kept emailing me to make sure I received the replacement mouse and that it was working properly. The front and back buttons are now fixed. The mouse feels comfortable in my hand, has a nicely textured grip, is lightweight (probably because no batteries are needed), and is very easy to use. I am currently still on maternity leave for a few months so long hours of use and durability remains to be seen and tested but the mouse works as it should. Regarding charging the device, I have a table. Lamp with USB port and socket, so recharging the mouse is not a problem and very convenient (see attached photo). I recently bought this lamp from Target online for $10.99 with free shipping (steal if you ask me!). I will update my review should there be any mechanical issues in the future but I'm sure I can get in touch with the seller. to troubleshoot and fix problems quickly. With all that said, I highly recommend trying this mouse based solely on the honesty and dedication of the seller. It literally seems risk free.—————————————————————— Original Review: This mouse is comfortable and I love that it doesn't require batteries. The back button is the forward button and the forward button is the back button. There is no programming to change this and it is very strange and inconvenient. For this reason I am sending it back and will keep looking.
