I have to say that this is a really good tool if you want to clone. Aside from that I have two old hard drives that I wanted to take out and store that information on my computer, stuff like photos, some games and stuff like that. 98 ATA so it's old, the other is a WESTERN DIGITAL ATA 1.0TB device that wasn't anywhere near full anyway. I wanted to be able to read and see what programs and other information are on both so I can get what you want out of them. The older one only fit in one slot, the reading slot, the other one fit in every slot, none of them showed up on my computer so I could record whatever I wanted. out of them. It looks like you need to have a blank or new hard drive in the front slot known as the target slot. It then reads and extracts data from the old one and dumps it onto a blank destination disk. The destination disk doesn't have to be brand new, but it should have enough free space to store all the data you're going to extract from the old Doctor ive. Everything about this cloning tool works well and as per the listing it charged my tablet and cell phone in 10 or 15 minutes which I quickly compared to the wall mount that came with each device to use as a charger. So overall it's good and fast and does what it says on the tin, but for what I needed I couldn't get it to work properly so I brought it back to Revain by visiting Kohl's department store, which Revain partners with. To make the return very easy which didn't cost me anything as they packed it and sent it back to Revain I got my money back in a day and 1/2 on my credit card.
