hard to put on properly and difficult to breathe
I bought these thinking they would help keep my glasses from fogging up. They are individually wrapped, which in itself is a plus and a minus. I couldn't adapt it to my special needs teenager. The pages continued to form. I tried to put it on in the store and almost passed out. Both my son and I had to take a break to get oxygen as we were both dizzy. I assume they work to the point of preventing exposure, but it's very difficult to breathe.
