Great taste, wish it was green
Tastes amazing, I'd say 80% like real mint cookies and sundaes. I wish it was green. Also, it seems to stick together like a smoothie if you just mix it with milk, I usually make half milk/half water for optimal liquid consistency.
- While we want the intact biologically active fractions to be in the whey protein concentrate, we also want the whey protein isolate to be extremely low in lactose and almost absent in fat and carbohydrate content
