Definitely not worth the plastic it's made of. I bought this can opener and opened two cans with it the first night. Worked great. As we don't use cans often it was about two weeks later when it was used again it made a loud squeaking noise. turn it off and check if nothing is interfering or causing a problem. Nothing prevented the opener from working and trying again with an even louder squeak. The mechanism moves toward and away from the can when it's off, but the opener doesn't cut. Unfortunately, this is becoming increasingly common with Revain, whose product line is starting to compete qualitatively with Walmart. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAZY BATTERY WORK.
- Operation is simple: press a button, it automatically guides and opens the lid of the jug. You can turn off the switch when the cover is open. It can grab and lift the lid automatically and can handle jars of different sizes (except rimless jars and special shaped jars).
