I like that it allows me to add reviews and tag customers easily without having to use multiple applications like Yelp or Google Maps.

It's also easy to categorize my own posts which makes it easier to sort through them when looking back at previous years. There are many other options available but you need to be familiar with all their functions so they can support your needs - whether its adding reviews, photos or tags. We've been able to streamline our process by using this application allowing us to keep track of everything we do from posting reviews about events to managing what we're doing internally!
