Faulty bent USB connector
I loved the USB adapter that came with it but was very disappointed that the connector was so badly damaged it was unusable. Do not return the entire set. The damage appears to be systemic, as if the entire series was damaged in production, not just one adapter. It should not have been sent to the seller in this form.
