-Customized mapping of tasks-Very good support.-Easy setup and use with little training required. The UI could be improved at some points but it's very intuitive and easy to understand after reading the documentation or watching tutorials. I would recommend this product if you need to visualize your resources over multiple areas/tasks. There was no other solution that we found that allowed us to map all our activities across different departments and business units without having custom fields per activity.
