Insanely comfortable, just make sure to use your regular foot spray to keep them smelling fresh. Just because they have an open back doesn't mean they don't look like regular sneakers, if you're prone to foot stink you should use a little stuff like smell eaters or they'll stink as bad as your smelly sneakers. Luckily I don't have a smelly foot but I can say that the bottom of these shoes is made of the same material that stinks when you sweat in it, otherwise they fit great It's especially important to choose a white size if possible when sizing 12, get a size 12 wide because my feet aren't very wide, but that makes it roomy enough to slip into easily, and while it says they're extra wide, there's actually enough wiggle room to fit a little less to feel cramped than regular sneakers that tie you up.
