Works once! Best in Accessories

I bought it and was very happy to install it in my car. Out of the box it looked and felt premium. It was a strong pull, but the arm kept descending no matter how many times I squeezed it. What's more, he literally worked 20 minutes before his hands stopped working. And what's the use of wireless charging if the phone falls out because the arms didn't fully close, let alone open at all. I only gave it one star because the review site didn't allow me to give it 0 stars.
