Review on BGSD Men Brett Leather Blazer Suede Sport Coat Jacket - Regular & Tall Fit by Adam Mazie

First of all.this leather blazer is top quality. The suede is just as beautiful as I expected for the $250 price tag on this. The product as stated, is tops. My husband is very happy with this blazer and especially the fact that the bib comes out.Now. For the rest of it.what makes this blazer "bad".? Is the customer service. The company that sells this blazer through Ebay SUCKS. That is the nicest way I can put it. Let me explain. The FIRST time we received this blazer, it was a gift from my sister for my husband for Christmas. The blazer was a LARGE which he wears. It was way too small. It fit him like a MEDIUM. WHEN I CALLED TO EXCHANGE THE BLAZER FOR AN X-LARGE, the company called LUXURY LANE, claimed as they have to many of the questions above that they "Did not have the size XL in stock". Yet, when I went to their website.not Ebay.to THEIR website, they had ALL SIZES AVAILABLE. I believe the reason they outright LIED to me about it was because when my sister bought it as a gift for my husband, the blazer was selling for only $99.and THEY DID NOT WANT TO EXCHANGE THE BLAZER FOR US BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE HAD TO DO AN EVEN EXCHANGE AND THEY WERE SELLING THE BLAZER ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR $199 at that time! SO that is why I believe they LIED and said they didn't have it. WHILE ON THE PHONE with them, I went to their website and TOLD THEM it WAS available and the person I spoke with got all "flustered" and began stuttering and stammering, put me on hold for 20 minutes to get a "supervisor" and then the phone went dead. So I then called back and demanded that they REFUND my sister for the blazer which they DID. THEN, we noticed on Ebay that they blazer WAS available in ALL sizes.but lo and behold, the blazer was NOW selling for $249! So, ok. My husband is worth it; he never buys anything for himself, so I ordered the blazer AGAIN in the XL this time as their sizes are WAY OFF. He only weighs 160 and at 5'6" should not need an XL but that is the size he needed to get because their sizes are so far off. I just wanted to let people know that to buy directly from the company itself is NOT a good idea; I would only buy any of their products through AMAZON.
