I don't find them that bad, but I take them anyway. They are not available at the grocery store like Michael's Ultimate Diet & Energy. They retail for around $12.99 per bottle and have amazing effects. Ultimate D&E gives you plenty of energy and appetite control when you take two tablets three times a day. Sometimes I only take it in the morning and at noon. If I take this late at dinner, it keeps me awake. I like them a lot more than prescription diet drugs like phentermine. Cheaper, easy to find and no side effects for me. It doesn't get my heart beating faster like other diet pills, but it gives me extra energy and really makes me less hungry. I'm not sure what a fat burning pill is supposed to do. I see no difference as with the Ultimate Diet & Energy Tablet. I have also found that taking fiber tablets in combination with this vitamin helps with weight loss. If anything, it makes me more regular. Pooh.
