Ultra Tec quarter length socks in a size 13-16 conform to my feet without pinching them or making them appear slightly larger. I don't have big feet, but for some reason the oversized Gold Toe fit my feet better than the regular size. I don't know if the normal size runs small but they wear well, last about 2 years or so before needing replacement and are comfortable.
