Was ordered on September 26th arrived from China on October 11th. Well packed. Pros: Everything looked fine right out of the box. The remote part between them is just beautiful and they will dazzle you. So exactly what I wanted under the counter. If you use the back end, the light is best. I like to use them all 25% for room lighting at night, 50% when it's getting a bit darker in the kitchen, and 100% when you're working with VERY sharp knives! I used double sided tape and stuck it under the counter, I hate holes in cabinets. I had an issue with the controller, but the friendly support team took care of it and replaced the controller block. instantly. SUPPORT has already contacted me (October 13th) and said they will replace the controller and cable. I will update when it arrives! So far I have installed the expansion lights and I really like them. However, I taped them under the counter with double sided carpet tape and they are staying in place so far and I LOVE the bright light. Ideal for preliminary work. Another star is for customer service. UPDATE: The receiver cable broke AGAIN. I won't even contact support anymore. Grrr. One star for customer service. Ok today November 27th I received an email from customer service (they contacted me themselves). They send me two replacement cables and assure me they live up to their 3 year warranty. I will keep in touch but for now I think the cables will come. UPDATE: Cable (2) received as promised, light is back and working properly again. I also LOVE the light! Thanks Susan. I can honestly say this is the best customer service and they really live up to their guarantees! Even if they don't ask :)
