Very weak suction
I don't know if I received a defective unit or if the product is that bad. It was hard and uncomfortable, but I tried anyway. It was not possible to remove even the most obvious deposits from the surface of the product. It seems like it was designed to test every possible option, but nobody at Bissell even tried it before going into production.
