I am typically a medium in items like this. The medium does fit but a bit tighter than I usually prefer; with that said it has a lot of support with this fit which is great because I have a B/small C bust and items like this usually don't give much support. I think if I would have ordered a large it would be too big. The padding is worthless; you can see the lumps and bumps of the padding. For the price this is am excellent deal. I am going to wear this for the next week or two and will probably order more if it continues to fit/wash well.
