Exactly what I was looking for for my 42 inch basement door at the bottom of the stairs. I have three garage doors, one of which is always open during the spring, summer and most of the fall. We have two dogs and in order to no longer have to let them in our fenced yard during the day we first bought a Larson storm door with an integrated dog door which gives us the convenience of a dog door and the security at night and when we are not at home to be able to close the inner door.
