First kit worked great, next S2 kits don't work

I bought a set of these and the first ones worked fine. So I ordered 2 more sets of 5 and they don't work at all. Would be a great product, not sure why it's hot or not working.

Great Access Control Keypad Service

We had a problem registering cards in our system but the factories were working fine. The supplier provided an excellent response over the phone and email and then worked with my team to set them up. It turned out that the system had a limit on the number of active card types, and with the help of a conference call the problem was solved within a few minutes. I highly recommend this supplier and will be ordering all my factories from him in the future! Thanks again Mike!
