Okay, I know it looks like crap, but it works. I removed the lock from the mounting plate they include, and I fabricated a mounting plate so the lock fits inside the steel frame of the outdoor security gate. Product was relatively simple to install. Note that it CANNOT be hard-wired with the parts that come with the kit. You will need an outlet close by to plug the transformer in. The item only comes with two remote controls and it is not possible to order more. One of the two remotes we received did not work.Our biggest complaint it that it does not have a buzzer or other noise to let people know that the door has been unlocked. It does not even offer the ability to add a buzzer or bell.

No instructions to wire it came with the products. The delay switch is not calibrated properly. It's a farce that it could be set from 0 to 99 seconds. We tried very hard to set it so that the delay is about 8 to 9 seconds. Regardless of where we set the switch, it either closes instantly or remained open for at least 25 seconds, and up to 40 to 50 seconds. No middle setting. Pre set remotes that came with the product only worked once, after that neither of the two that came with the product…

nice product for the price. Bench test went great. had to use my own screws for my application. needed a small extension cord to plug the unit in. no biggie also depending on your door i needed metal drill bits. also need some wire to extend the exit button switch. feels solid. would buy again. I ordered extra remotes just in case.

Item was super easy to install. Just what we needed to limit the number of people in our store due to the covid19 works perfect.

Used this for a hidden closet door. Workes great with combined with a door popper it pops the door open when i hit the keyfob! Way cool and comes with a button to get out from inside. Easy to install all plug and play. Hardest part is figureing out a catch for the the latch.

Product works great. make sure you "bench" test it before you get started and that everything functions correctly. If you plan your install correctly the installation is a breeze.

Definitely needs better instructions and support for folks attempting to install by ourselves. I need this device badly for my storefront office and literally dont understand how to install it so its still sitting in the box.

Bought this for my office after a threat of violence to one of my employees. Spent a long time installing. First pull someone thought the door was stuck so yanked on it and ripped it open. I wouldn’t recommend the 130lb pull. A child can open it.

It wasn’t very hard to install once you wrapped your head around the poorly written instructions. Took a couple of times to get it set up but once it’s ready it’s working amazingly. I have already recommended it to a few other people.

This item worked right out of the box. The hardest issue was the installation of the Latch unit and cutting in the depth needed to clear the door jam. The balance of the installation was a piece of cake! Both access buttons worked right out of the box. the set time open switch worked as described and the Panic button worked perfectly. I would recommend this product and buy it again.
