The Door Control does not buzz or make any sound when in releases the door
Product was relatively simple to install. Note that it CANNOT be hard-wired with the parts that come with the kit. You will need an outlet close by to plug the transformer in. The item only comes with two remote controls and it is not possible to order more. One of the two remotes we received did not work.Our biggest complaint it that it does not have a buzzer or other noise to let people know that the door has been unlocked. It does not even offer the ability to add a buzzer or bell.
