I am very impress how smoothly it worked when installation was completed. I will not say an extra easy installation for person who newer did some basic wire installation or modifications need it on door frame or metal gates. However if you fallow instruction as I did and add my own experience, craftsmanship, it will make you very happy to have it….especially the remote control + love it.

After 2 months of trying to figure out how to make this thing work, I finally got it installed and it seems to be working as expected. The reason for the three stars is because it is such a pain in the ass to try and figure out without any reasonable instructions for assembly. I had to get online and search through multiple videos of people installing other similar units before I was able to figure out how to assemble this and install it. It worked very well as it's suppose to for a year and recently the remotes wouldn't work even after a battery change. However the manual button still works which is fine but I bought this for the sleek design of incognito access abilities. Also this isn't 600lb rated like it's advertised. I can open the door with a stuff shoulder budge.

This is from China so the instructions are not sufficient for someone like me who is not good with tools. I got it done and it works but I would hire someone to do it if there's a next time. Main fault in the instructions is they don't suggest proper placement on the door and the template for drilling holes is hard to understand.

I work very well! My technician install it for me. He did look at the video 1st before start.I will order two more e-keys. I need to order the motion detector to complete the requirements from the city.

Product works great. make sure you "bench" test it before you get started and that everything functions correctly. If you plan your install correctly the installation is a breeze.

Like- able to use on barn gate. Don’t like- hard to line up perfectly to get it to work but I’m sure doors are much easier The lock may not be aesthetically pleasing or match the decor of the room!

high quality product, design and build are fantastic! easy to program remote controls, but the install manual could use some IKEA like steps and better pictures/diagrams. you will need to head to supply store and buy extra wiring depending on the location of the exit button and control module.

We had to purchase two locks to hold the door secure when pulled. 600 pounds hold was not enough but 1200 pounds solved the problem.an even spread of force. All in all it really did the trick keeping the bad people out from the good.be prepared to order

I was surprised when I open the box and saw how heavy all of the parts are. Solid. Clean, precision machining. For the price I expected something much less. Good documentation and labeled well. You will be happy with this.

Wow it is hard to install. I had to hire a handy man which cost another 100 bucks. When you order this make sure to order a outside key pad or like a panic button you can hide.
