Description says "Double wall vacuum sandwich construction", "Outside stays cool" and "Coffee stays warm for approx. 2 hours" ". It appears to be double walled but it is clearly NOT well insulated by vacuum or anything, it does NOT stay cool on the outside and it does NOT keep the coffee warm for almost 2 hours. While it works and looks like a good quality build, I was expecting it to be insulated from the features advertised. I think I'd be better off getting the glass model for about half the price.
