Below the Lowest Expectations
I knew it was the bottom of a barrel for a lighted garland but it worked for my purposes. However, my low expectations were not low enough. The battery powered lights didn't work because the simple circuitry wasn't done right. There are no metal tips on one end of the batteries, so the circuit will not complete and the light will never come on. Batteries simply slide onto the backpack. So forget about the garland looking like cheap junk, the lights are white and very visible on the garland and it will fade and fall apart as soon as you touch it - it will never work either because it's not done right. Attention buyers, good luck!👎
