I keep buying them because they're my favorite magnetic laminate for my work, but I'm tired of one in four coming out defective. Either it has broken plastic parts or crumpled laminate so it destroys any magnet you want to pass (because you have to manually try to flatten the laminate which never works. Forget flattening; keeps crumple.) I wish , I could give that five stars but how many times have I had to return those cartridges I can't. Literally the only reason I keep buying and trying them is because I need them for work. Secondly, if I switch, I find a better alternative. Edit this to bring it down from three stars to one. That's ridiculous. I recently ordered one and it was defective. Crumpled the paper horribly and the laminate crumpled, warped etc with one use. They sent me a "replacement" that was even WORSE. I've used it for 30 minutes after it was shipped to my house and it's not hot in here so I know melting/warping from heat isn't an issue here. The hard plastic warped horribly, the laminate immediately crumpled and destroyed the first paper I ran over it. Save your money, don't buy this crap. If I DON'T NEED it for work, I wouldn't put up with such a junk product. We are looking for an alternative as soon as possible. folded etc. in one use.
