Review on Ikea Steel Rail 502 019 06 Black by Kwame Bandepalli

I really liked this system because of the hooks that came with it. These are rings and cannot be removed by taking the pot off the shelf. And it's true, and how it will work. However, the railing itself attaches to the wall by attaching two screws to the wall at each end and then sliding the bar and bar holders over the screws. I'm afraid that without careful handling the entire rod block will come loose from the wall. Of course, the rings will still be attached, but that won't do much good. Also, I didn't have any equipment to mount the device to the wall. There are no written words in the instructions, but there are very cryptic drawings of the installation. I think I'll just take the ring to the store and try to find a bar that fits. This can be tricky as the ring diameter is a bit small, but the stem needs to be strong. Also, I had to order this rod because the 'kit' I ordered previously had the wrong hooks. I decided to stop ordering the kit fearing they would keep sending the wrong hooks that made me buy it in the first place. So all money wasted.
