Inappropriate shipping containers caused unnecessary damage
Attractive cabinet perfect for my wife when fitted to a very small and narrow half bath. The first cupboard had loose screws etc. and a cracked mirror on one side. Mismatched pieces of shipping foam were crushed, allowing the cabinet to move in the crate. The supplier sent a second cabinet with a request to return the damaged one free of charge. The second also had broken pieces of foam and a cracked mirror on the other side. They didn't want to replace another one, so I just removed the working door from the second cabinet, installed it on the original cabinet, replaced the original broken door on the second cabinet, and shipped it to UPS for free.
