This pin comes in a cute box which is great for gift wrapping. The pen itself is made of gunmetal. It's a pretty pin, but the price seems high for it. It doesn't look like a $13 lapel pin. This is jewelry, so the sebum will discolor over time. It's a safety pin, so it shouldn't make too much contact with the skin, and discoloration shouldn't be a problem much longer than if it were a ring or bracelet.
