I love the fit and finish of this product and its potential features. What I didn't like, however, was that this product didn't come with a power adapter. I'm still trying to figure out how to use this in my home office. The device came with a USB-C cable, but I'm not sure if it conforms to Apple USB-C Lightning 3 cable standards. I tried running the included USB-C cable and unplugging it from my computer, and it gave me a weird error message stating that using only one USB output to charge an old iPhone is consuming too much power becomes. So I have yet to find out. I tried to search the network for a power supply for this device from the same manufacturers and found it empty-handed, so the search continues. word to the manufacturer. If you're selling electronics, make sure a power adapter is included as this product is just a paperweight at the moment. Descent. I received a super fast 12V DC power supply from customer service and everything is fine now. I am pleased to report that this product is no longer a paperweight. Using this uint solved two hardware issues I've had for about a year: lag issues when using my DAW and wireless headset, and an issue with the DAW's mic input.
