I am 32 years old and have problems with my feet. I have a moderate form of Morton's neuroma, so I can't wear tight athletic shoes. I've tried so many different brands and this is the first and only shoe that fits my needs. When I first tried them on I was concerned as they were too tight. However, when I removed the supplied insert and put in a cheap arch support insert that only goes to the ball of the foot, they fit perfectly! I almost want to cry with happiness when I wear them. With my arch insoles, these are the most comfortable shoes I own. Don't worry about them looking big and bulky. They actually look like cute shoes when you put them on. I have a normal foot width and size 8M fits me perfectly. I am very happy with them and hope New Balance never discontinues them!
