Looks good and fits well, I don't think it's leather but arthritic hands are a lot easier to put on and take off. Comes with an extra strap so wrist size can be easily adjusted. After an accident, my 80-year-old husband, in his 50s, couldn't get out of bed - told him he was going to die anyway, so I refused to feed him unless he was walking 1,000 steps a day. A year later he made 4000 yesterday! :-)
