The buckle is not designed to hold those nylon straps,

I have used this neck brace less than 5 times! The wooden cradle is not a problem. This is the equipment used to protect it. Holes are punched in the nylon straps for the buckle to snap into place, but the long piece of metal isn't long enough. The holes for the nylon straps are not reinforced, but simply punched into the nylon. Low quality. Now I had to spend another $20 on consumables to redesign the harnesses so this product would not be a safety issue for my horse. Imagine you are addicted to something and you are not there to watch it happen.
